Thai Notary Law & Service Co., Ltd. was founded in Bangkok in 2015 by six commissioned notarial services attorneys who had spent the previous decade helping embassies, multinationals, and expatriate families untangle Thai document authentication. What began as a two-desk practice inside Sathorn now handles more than 4,800 authenticated instruments every year for clients on five continents — visa applicants, corporate secretaries, HR compliance teams, immigration lawyers, adoption agencies, and consular officers who need a single Thai counterpart they can trust.
The firm's competitive edge is procedural: every notarization, certified translation, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) legalization is tracked in a case-management platform that shares status updates with the client and the receiving authority in real time. Because Thailand has not yet acceded to the Hague Apostille Convention (as of July 2026), our attorneys physically shepherd each document through MFA-Chaeng Watthana and, when required, through the destination embassy.
