What to prepare before you order

• A high-resolution colour scan of the original, with every seal, signature and margin fully visible.
• Name spelling exactly as printed in your passport, so the translation matches your visa file.
• The receiving authority and country (for example the Department of Home Affairs, a university, or a state registry).
• Your deadline, and whether you also need printed hard copies posted to an address.

How the process works, step by step

1. 1.We review the scan for legibility, missing pages and name-spelling conflicts, then confirm scope in writing.
2. 2.A NAATI-certified translator produces the translation; a second reviewer checks names, dates and document numbers.
3. 3.The translator applies their certification statement, stamp and CPN number as required for use in Australia.
4. 4.You receive the certified PDF by email; printed copies are posted on request.
5. 5.If the receiving authority asks for a correction, we revise the wording against their written requirement.

Why translations get rejected

• Name spelling differs from the passport or from an earlier submission in the same file.
• The scan crops a seal or page edge, so the translator cannot certify the full document.
• An extract or short-form certificate is submitted where the authority requires the full-form version.
• The translation is prepared by an uncertified translator, so it carries no NAATI certification details.
