Why registered MoJ translators, not any translation vendor
Thailand's Rights and Liberties Protection Department publishes a list of translators authorised to sign certifications for court and administrative use. When a foreign judgment must be recognised in Thailand, or a Thai judgment enforced abroad, that certification is what the receiving court checks first.
